• 1.    Email us to advise of the damage.(with Pictures)  
• 2.    Please hold on to the damaged item(s), box we used to ship it to you, and all packing materials inside. USPS or UPS require to see all the above before they allow your claim to be paid.  
• 3.    We have the option either to send another Terrarium or provide a refund depending on the claim amount
